THE 14-DAY SKIN REST PROTOCOL π
For skin that has had enough.
For the next 14 days, weβre taking everything off the table.
No exfoliation.
No retinol or tretinoin.
No acids.
No vitamin C.
No peels.
No scrubs.
No treatment serums.
No stacking actives.
Just the essentials.
The goal is not to chase pigmentation, wrinkles, texture or turnover.
The goal is to give your skin less to deal with.
MORNING
1. Water
If your skin is very dry, sensitive or easily irritated, simply rinse with lukewarm water.
You do not need to cleanse your skin in the morning if it doesn't need it.
2. Recovery Ampoule
Apply your Recovery Ampoule to clean, slightly damp skin.
This is your SOS step π
No layering multiple serums.
No adding actives on top.
No trying to make it work harder.
3. Ceramide Cream
If your skin needs more comfort or moisture, follow with a simple ceramide cream with no active treatments.
If your skin is comfortable with the ampoule alone, you can stop there.
4. SPF
During the day, protect your skin from UV exposure with a broad-spectrum sunscreen that your skin can comfortably tolerate.
EVENING
1. Gentle Cleanse
Use a gentle, non-abrasive cleanser with lukewarm water.
No scrubbing.
No cleansing brushes.
No exfoliating cleansers.
If your skin is exceptionally dry or reactive and you haven't worn sunscreen or makeup, you may find that a water rinse is enough.
2. Recovery Ampoule
Apply your Recovery Ampoule to slightly damp skin.
That's it.
3. Ceramide Cream
If needed, finish with your simple ceramide cream.
Keep it uncomplicated.
FOR 14 DAYS, NOTHING ELSE
This is the important part.
Do not add things because your skin looks like it needs fixing.
No βjust oneβ exfoliant.
No retinol night.
No pigmentation serum.
No peel.
No scrub.
No treatment mask.
Give your skin a break from the constant cycle of adding, stimulating and correcting.
For 14 days, less is the treatment.
And remember: this is a skincare reset, not medical treatment. If your skin is persistently painful, severely inflamed, cracked, oozing, swollen or worsening, stop products that irritate you and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
